Build a month of social media designs in one afternoon

Step 1 — pick four content pillars
Before you touch a design tool, write down four themes your audience cares about. For a coffee brand: origin stories, brewing tips, café spotlights, product drops. Everything you post for the month has to fit one of the four.
Step 2 — draft thirty headlines, not thirty posts
In a plain document, write one headline per row. Group them by pillar. Do not worry about visuals yet. Aim for headlines that make you slightly uncomfortable to publish — those are usually the ones that land.
