Do I need to know design or code?
No. If you can describe what you want, you can ship it. Graphicly handles the design work for you.
Can Graphicly stay on brand?
Yes. Upload a brand kit — logo, colors, typography and voice — and every generation is grounded in it automatically.
What formats can I export?
PNG, JPG and PDF. Multi-slide designs export as one PDF with a page per slide.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes chat-based design with a starter allowance of AI credits and exports.
How does Bulk Mode work?
Bulk Mode is for producing many designs that share one layout — like ten quote graphics or one card per product. You design a single slide, provide the list of content items in chat, and Graphicly generates one slide per item with the same look. Export as separate images or a multi-page PDF.
Where is my data stored?
Designs and assets are stored in secure managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Private content is only reachable through short-lived signed URLs.
Do you have an API?
The Graphicly API is in private beta. Email contact@graphicly.ai for early access.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from the billing page at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
